• Assisting the storekeeper in controlling the In/Out of all products by following the company policy and procedure with regards to receipts

/ dispatch.

• Assisting in allocation of appropriate areas for stocking items and following an effective way of categorizing the stock for easy dispatch

and stock taking.

• Comply with FIFO, FEFO, LIFO Principles for Storing, Receiving & Dispatching.

• Daily update & submit the tracking of goods movements In/Out along with supportive documents.

• Assist in keeping up to date records of receipts and dispatch.

• Inspection of Products (RM, PM, FG, SP) by checking temperatures (if applicable), seals, material codes, dates, best by dates, net weight, batch number, etc.

• Assists in weekly cycle counts of all stock items and compile stock reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Assists in physical inventory counts.

• Maintain the complete shift duty without any fall.

• Support the team to achieve HSE & GWP standards according to the company policy.

• On time reporting of any incident / accidents.

• Ensure timely and accurate data entries in the system.

• Support the supervisor to keep up the inventory accuracy and ensure inventory control.
