Main duties
· Plan, develop and implement training and CrossFit sessions
· Formulate competitive strategies, develop Aerobic plans and direct players during training session.
· Nurture and develop athletes' skills and abilities
· Develop, plan and co-ordinate training programs
· Motivate and prepare customers for training schedule
· Analyse and evaluate trainer performances and modify training programs.
· Discuss activities since last workout
· Review upcoming workout
Employment requirements
- National Coaching Certificate program.
- physical education (Bonus).
- Experience in CrossFit, Aerobic.
- Good communication skills in English is required.
