نحن نبحث عن فني دهان ماهر ومهتم بالتفاصيل للانضمام إلى فريق خدمة هوندا في سلطنة عمان. في هذا الدور، ستكون مسؤولاً عن تنفيذ أعمال دهان وإعادة طلاء السيارات بالكامل وفقاً لمعايير الشركة المصنعة، وضمان جودة العمل العالية، ورضا العملاء، والامتثال لمتطلبات السلامة. ستنفذ جميع مراحل عملية الدهان، بدءاً من تحضير السطح وخلط الطلاء وحتى التطبيق والتلميع واللمسات الأخيرة، مع دعم العمليات الكفؤة لورشة صيانة الهياكل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
إجراء أعمال دهان وإعادة طلاء السيارات بالكامل وفقاً لمعايير هوندا ومتطلبات الإصلاح المعتمدة من شركات التأمين.تحضير أسطح السيارات عن طريق الصنفرة، وتعديل الصدمات البسيطة، ووضع المعجون (الستوبر)، والطلاء الأولي (البريمر)، وتحضير الدهان.خلط وتعديل درجات الدهان بدقة لتحقيق مطابقة اللون المطلوبة وجودة اللمسة النهائية.تطبيق الطلاء الأولي والدهانات والطبقات الواقية وفقاً لمواصفات الشركة المصنعة للدهان.إجراء التلميع الآلي (الكومباوند) والتلميع النهائي لاستعادة مظهر السيارة.استخدام برامج ومعدات خلط الدهان بفعالية.الصيانة والعناية بمسدسات الرش وأدوات الدهان ومعدات الورشة.إتمام الإصلاحات وفقاً لمعايير الشركة المصنعة للحد من تكرار الأعمال وإعادتها.مراقبة استهلاك مواد الدهان والاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة لاستخدام المواد.تحقيق أهداف الإنتاجية والحفاظ على معايير عالية لجودة العمل.المشاركة في برامج التدريب الفني لشركة هوندا والحصول على مستويات شهادات الاعتماد المطلوبة.إتباع جميع إجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة الخاصة بالورشة.دعم مبادرات التحسين المستمر والحفاظ على النظافة والتنظيم داخل ورشة دهان الهياكل.المهارات المطلوبة للنجاح
معرفة قوية بعمليات دهان وإعادة طلاء السيارات.خبرة في تحضير الدهان، والطلاء الأولي، ومطابقة الألوان، وتعديل الدرجات، والتلميع.القدرة على تنفيذ دورة دهان السيارة بالكامل بشكل مستقل من التحضير حتى اللمسات النهائية.فهم جيد لتقنيات الصنفرة الجافة وتعديل الأسطح.خبرة في استخدام مسدسات الرش، وكبائن الدهان، ومعدات الطلاء.القدرة على تفسير أوامر الإصلاح، والأدلة الفنية، والمخططات، وتعليمات الشركة المصنعة.اهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل والالتزام بجودة العمل.معرفة بأنظمة وبرامج خلط الدهان.فهم جيد لمعايير السلامة في الورشة ومتطلبات معدات الوقاية الشخصية.القدرة على العمل بفعالية في بيئة ورشة سريعة الوتيرة.عن الفريق

المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة
يفضل الحصول على شهادة ITI، أو دبلوم، أو مؤهل فني يعادله.خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كفني دهان سيارات في وكالة، أو ورشة دهان هيكل، أو بيئة إصلاح تصادمات السيارات.خبرة قوية في خلط الدهانات، وتعديل الدرجات، ومطابقة الألوان.قدرة مثبتة على إجراء دهان وإعادة طلاء السيارات بالكامل بشكل مستقل.خبرة في استخدام مسدسات الرش ومعدات الدهان المتخصصة.يفضل بشدة وجود خبرة في وكالات السيارات.إلمام بنظام SAP أو أنظمة إدارة الورش المماثلة يعتبر ميزة إضافية.رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.القدرة على تلبية المتطلبات البدنية للدور الوظيفي، بما في ذلك الوقوف والمشي والرفع وحمل المعدات.مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابةً؛ وتعتبر إجادة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.عن الفطيم للسيارات

Overview of the role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented painter to join our Honda service team in Oman. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out complete vehicle painting and refinishing work to manufacturer standards, ensuring high-quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety requirements. You will perform all stages of the painting process, from surface preparation and paint mixing to application, polishing, and final finishing while supporting efficient bodyshop operations.
What you will do
Perform complete vehicle painting and refinishing work in accordance with Honda standards and insurer-approved repair requirements.
Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, minor dent rectification, applying stopper, priming, and paint preparation.
Mix and tint paint accurately to achieve the required color match and finish quality.
Apply primers, paints, and coatings following paint manufacturer specifications.
Carry out machine compounding, polishing, and finishing to restore vehicle appearance.
Utilize paint mixing software and equipment effectively.
Maintain and care for spray guns, painting tools, and workshop equipment.
Complete repairs to the manufacturer's recommended standards to minimize repeat and return jobs.
Monitor paint material consumption and maintain accurate records of material usage.
Achieve productivity targets and maintain high-quality workmanship standards.
Participate in Honda technical training programs and achieve required certification levels.
Follow all workshop health, safety, and environmental procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain cleanliness and organization within the bodyshop.
Required skills to be successful
Strong knowledge of automotive painting and refinish processes.
Experience in paint preparation, priming, color matching, tinting, and polishing.
Ability to independently perform the complete vehicle painting cycle from preparation to final finish.
Good understanding of dry sanding techniques and surface rectification.
Experience using spray guns, paint booths, and painting equipment.
Ability to interpret repair orders, technical manuals, diagrams, and manufacturer instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Knowledge of paint mixing systems and software.
Good understanding of workshop safety standards and PPE requirements.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced bodyshop environment.
About the team
You will become part of a professional Honda aftersales team dedicated to delivering exceptional repair quality and customer satisfaction. Working closely with bodyshop supervisors, technicians, and service teams, you will contribute to maintaining manufacturer standards while supporting operational efficiency and continuous improvement across workshop operations.
What equips you for the role
ITI, diploma, or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an automotive painter within a dealership, bodyshop, or collision repair environment.
Strong experience in paint mixing, tinting, and color matching.
Demonstrated ability to perform complete automotive painting and refinishing independently.
Experience using spray guns and specialized painting equipment.
Automotive dealership experience is highly preferred.
Familiarity with SAP or similar workshop management systems is an advantage.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, lifting, and carrying equipment.
Good verbal and written English communication skills; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
