Provide QA/QC technical expertise and support for company projects.
Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
Review and approve EPC engineering deliverables and QA/QC documentation.
Ensure compliance with project quality plans, engineering codes, and standards.
Review and approve welding documents (WPS, PQR, PWPS) and NDT procedures.
Conduct internal and external quality audits.
Lead NCR management, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and close-out.
Review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and third-party inspection reports.
Provide QA/QC training, guidance, and technical support to project/site teams.
Coordinate with contractors, fabricators, and the Quality Department on quality-related matters.
Monitor deviation control and ensure timely closure of quality issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Welding Engineering.
ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification (IRCA certification preferred).
Certified Welding Inspector (CWI/AWC-CWI).
BGAS or NACE Level 2 Painting Inspector certification.
ASNT Level II or PCN Level II in UT, MT, and PT.
Minimum 7 years of EPC experience in mechanical pipeline/piping projects.
Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (API, ASME, ASTM, BS, DIN, ISO).
Minimum 7 years of offshore oil & gas construction experience, including live installations.
At least 5 years of Middle East oil & gas project experience.
Experience conducting quality audits in accordance with ISO 19011.
