A leading global organisation is seeking an experienced Sail Point IAM Engineer to support a large-scale Identity & Access Management transformation programme and join a global IAM team focused on enhancing identity governance, automating access management processes, and delivering Sail Point solutions across a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities Configure, develop, and support Sail Point Identity IQ (IIQ) and/or Sail Point Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions. Design and implement identity lifecycle processes, including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver workflows. Develop and maintain integrations between Sail Point and enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, HR platforms, and cloud applications. Configure access request workflows, provisioning processes, certifications, and governance controls. Implement and maintain RBAC models, access policies, and identity governance frameworks. Develop custom Sail Point rules, workflows, connectors, and API integrations where required. Support troubleshooting, optimisation, and continuous improvement of the IAM environment. Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to deliver IAM initiatives. Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational procedures.
Experience Required Proven experience as a Sail Point IAM Engineer, Sail Point Developer, or IAM Technical Consultant. Strong hands-on experience with Sail Point Identity IQ (IIQ) and/or Sail Point Identity Security Cloud (ISC). Experience implementing identity governance, provisioning, access certification, and lifecycle management solutions. Strong understanding of IAM technologies and protocols including SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, LDAP, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID. Experience integrating Sail Point with enterprise applications, cloud services, and HR systems. Knowledge of REST APIs, Java, Bean Shell, Power Shell, or other scripting/development technologies is highly desirable. Experience working within enterprise-scale cloud and hybrid environments. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within international project teams.
