Responsibilities:
Deliver orders to customers’ locations in a timely and professional manner, following designated routes and schedules.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of orders before delivery, verifying items against order invoices or packing lists.
Provide exceptional customer service during delivery, greeting customers courteously, answering questions, and addressing concerns or complaints.
Handle cash transactions or process payments using mobile payment devices, ensuring accuracy and security of transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles, including regular inspections, cleaning, and maintenance as needed.
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving, prioritizing the safety of yourself, customers, and pedestrians at all times.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and other team members to coordinate deliveries, report issues, and provide updates on delivery status.
Follow company policies and procedures regarding delivery operations, including handling of customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
Assist with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles, as well as other warehouse or logistics tasks as needed.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Previous experience in delivery or related customer service role preferred.
Familiarity with local roads and neighborhoods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order verification and delivery documentation.
Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to [specify weight] pounds.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
