Job Description:
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Facilitate internal and external communication, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and events, and coordinate calendars.
- Maintain records, files, and documents, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
- File renewals of office rent, licenses, medical insurance, office insurance, tickets booking, reservations, invoices, and payment reminders.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Open to Filipino, Indian and Sri Lankan nationals
- Female, 35 years old and below
- At least 2 years experience in the same industry
