يتولى مشرف قاعدة BEAR إدارة أنشطة التخزين والصيانة لجميع معدات ترتيب المعركة لقواعد BEAR (BOB) والهندسة المدنية (CE). ويشرف على استلام المعدات المخصصة والمساءلة عنها وتخزينها ومهام فحص الصيانة والأوامر/الأدلة الفنية والأدلة التجارية الخاصة بها. كما يوجه إعداد الأصول المخزنة للتمارين أو عمليات الانتشار الفعلية. ويضمن الالتزام ببيان عمل الأداء (PWS) ونظام إدارة الجودة أيزو 9001 الخاص بشركة Amentum (QMS).
- يجري عمليات فحص معاهدة سلامة الحاويات (CSC) على الحاويات حسب الحاجة.
- يستلم المخزون ويديره ويحاسب عليه؛ ويفحص المعدات والأصول ويصونها.
- يجري عمليات فحص بصري على الأصول المستلمة حديثاً والأصول المرجعة من الانتشار.
- يخزن ويحافظ على القطع والأدوات والمستلزمات لتنفيذ العمل المطلوب على الأصول، ويطلب أدوات وقطعاً إضافية حسب الحاجة.
- يرد على الاستفسارات المتعلقة بتخزين وحالة المعدات المخصصة.
- يؤدي مهام عمل مؤقتة (TDY) ضمن منطقة العمليات وفقاً لما تتطلبه تكليفات القوات الجوية الأمريكية/Amentum.
- يجدول وينسق مع قسم التحكم بالعمل جميع مهام العمل بالورشة.
- يجدول وينسق مع مديري العمليات والإنتاج والإمداد بشأن متطلبات الإنتاج، ويراجع ويحلل ويطابق تقارير الإنتاج شهرياً قبل تقديمها إلى مكتب دعم البرامج (PSO).
- يطبق ويطور ويخطط للإجراءات الخاصة بجميع الأعمال الفنية لمعدات BOB.
- يدرب ويوجه موظفي الإشراف على تقنيات إصلاح الصيانة، ويفحص أداء عملهم، ويحدد متطلبات التدريب ويوثق سجلات التدريب.
- يجري تدريبات على ضمان الجودة، والسلامة، ونشرات بيانات سلامة المواد، والوعي الأمني والمواضيع الأخرى وفقاً للخطط المناسبة.
- ينسق عمليات تركيب وإنشاء وتشغيل معدات BOB لدعم التمارين والطوارئ في العالم الحقيقي.
- يوجه الموظفين الجدد ويثقفهم حول أطقم العمل، ومهام العمل المخطط لها وطرق العمل المعتمدة.
- يقيم أداء عمل الموظفين، ويحل المشاكل المتعلقة بالموظفين ويتخذ الإجراءات لتصحيح الأداء دون المستوى من قبل الأفراد ويحدد الدعم اللوجستي.
- يراجع الأوامر الفنية الحالية ويقدم التغييرات الموصى بها لخطط العمل/صحائف إجراءات الصيانة (MAS) إلى مسؤول وظائف Bear.
- يبحث في تباينات الأصول/المعدات ويحددها لمسؤول وظائف Bear للتنسيق مع العميل.
- يفحص المواد الخطرة داخل مركز العمل المخصص وينسق مع المكتب المناسب للتخلص من المواد الخطرة (HAZMAT) عند الحاجة.
- يراجع ويحلل أهداف الإنتاج أسبوعياً.
- يراجع مستندات إمداد نظام الإمداد الأساسي القياسي (SBSS) للتحقق من حالة القطع.
- يقدم مستندات إمداد الشراء المحلي (LP) لشراء عناصر مثل معدات الاختبار والورشة والمستهلكات وما إلى ذلك.
- يراجع ويجري جرد قائمة معدات المنظمة (OEL) وقوائم متطلبات بيانات العقد (CDRL) للقسم.
- يؤدي واجبات أخرى حسب التكليف.
- يعمل في بيئة مكاتب وورش صيانة أو مستودعات عادية وقد يُطلب منه العمل في الهواء الطلق لفترات طويلة.
الحد الأدنى من المتطلبات
- يشترط القدرة على قراءة وفهم وتفسير جميع البيانات الفنية المتعلقة بأسلحة الهندسة المدنية وأصول BOB والمعدات ذات الصلة.
- يجب أن يكون متقناً لاستخدام أجهزة الكمبيوتر الشخصية ونظام التشغيل Windows وبرامج Microsoft Office لتشمل كحد أدنى برامج PowerPoint وExcel وWord.
- يجب أن يكون قادراً على الحصول على شهادة معاهدة سلامة الحاويات (CSC).
- يجب أن يمتلك رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول من بلده الأصلي والقدرة على الحصول على رخصة قيادة من الدولة المضيفة.
- قد يُطلب منه تشغيل معدات مناولة المواد.
- يشترط الحصول على شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- يشترط وجود خلفية في مجال المعدات الميكانيكية/الكهربائية أو صيانة المرافق.
- يشترط وجود خبرة لا تقل عن خمس سنوات كمشرف على معدات الهندسة المدنية ومرافق ورش الهندسة التابعة للقوات الجوية الأمريكية/التجارية، وإظهار فهم لنظم الطوارئ الخاصة بـ BOB وسرب المهندسين للإصلاح العملياتي الثقيل القابل للنشر السريع (RED HORSE) أو وكالات وزارة الدفاع المشابهة.
- يجب أن يكون قادراً على الحصول على أوراق اعتماد/تصريح المنشأة والحفاظ عليها. ملاحظة: تتطلب أوراق اعتماد/تصريح المنشأة في موقع العمل هذا الحصول على الجنسية الأمريكية.
- سيُطلب منه ارتداء معدات الحماية الشخصية المناسبة (PPE) وفقاً للإجراءات المحددة وحسب ما تتطلبه المهمة التي يتم تنفيذها.
- قادر بدنية على أداء جميع الواجبات المطلوبة؛ وقادر على رفع ودفح وسحب 50 رطلاً كحد أدنى.
- القدرة على السفر محلياً ودولياً.
المؤهلات المفضلة
- يُفضل وجود خبرة عملية في التعامل مع أصول Harvest Falcon وEagle وRED HORSE وBEAR.
- يُفضل وجود خبرة في استخدام برنامج Maximo.
Principal Accountabilities
The Bear Base Superintendent manages the storage and maintenance activities for all BEAR order of Battle (BOB) Base and Civil Engineering (CE) equipment. Superintends the receipt, accountability, storage, inspection maintenance tasks, technical order/manuals and commercial manuals for assigned equipment. Directs preparation of stored assets for exercise or actual deployments. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Amentum ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).
- Performs CSC inspections on containers as needed.
- Receives, manages, accounts for stores; inspects and maintains equipment and assets.
- Performs visual inspections on newly received and returned deployed assets.
- Stocks and maintains parts, tools and supplies to perform required work on assets, requisitioning additional tools and parts as needed.
- Responds to inquiries concerning storage and status of assigned equipment.
- Performs Temporary Duty (TDY) within the area of operations as required for USAF/Amentum tasking.
- Schedules and coordinates with the Work Control all shop work assignments.
- Schedules and coordinates with Operations, Production and Supply Managers on production requirements and reviews, analyzes, reconciles production reports each month prior to submitting to Program Support Office (PSO).
- Plans, develops and implements procedures for all BOB equipment technical work.
- Instructs and trains supervisory personnel in maintenance repair techniques, inspects their work performance, identifies training requirements and documents training records.
- Conducts training on quality assurance, safety, Material Safety Data Sheets, security awareness and other subjects in accordance with appropriate plans.
- Coordinates the erection, construction and operation of BOB equipment to support real world exercise and contingencies.
- Orients new personnel to work crews, planned work assignments and established work methods.
- Evaluates employees' work performance, resolves personnel related problems and initiates action to correct substandard performance by personnel and determine logistic support.
- Reviews current Technical Orders and provides recommended changes to the Job Plans/Maintenance Action Sheets (MAS) to the Bear Functional.
- Researches asset/equipment discrepancies and identifies them to the Bear Functional for coordination with the customer.
- Inspects hazardous materials within the assigned work center and coordinates with the appropriate office for the disposal of HAZMAT when required.
- Reviews and analyzes production goals weekly.
- Reviews Standard Basis Supply System (SBSS) supply documents to verify status of parts.
- Submits the Local Purchase (LP) supply documents to procure items such as test and shop equipment, consumables, etc.
- Reviews and inventories Organizational Equipment Listing (OEL) and Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRL) for the department.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Works in normal office and maintenance shop or warehouse environment and may be required to work outdoors for extended periods.
Minimum Requirements
- Ability to read, understand and interpret all technical data associated with Civil Engineering and BOB assets and related equipment required.
- Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum PowerPoint, Excel and Word programs.
- Must be able to obtain CSC Certification.
- Must possess a valid home country driver's license and ability to obtain host nation driver's license.
- May be required to operate material handling equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Background in mechanical/electrical equipment or facilities maintenance required.
- Minimum of five years' experience as a supervisor with US Air Force/Commercial CE equipment and engineering workshop facilities and demonstrated understanding of BOB and Rapid Engineering Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Squadron Engineer (RED HORSE) or similar Department of Defense Agencies Contingency Systems required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note: US citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.
- Will be required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to prescribed procedures and as required for task being performed.
- Physically capable of performing all required duties; capable of lifting, pushing, pulling minimum of 50 lbs.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Harvest Falcon, Eagle and RED HORSE and BEAR assets preferred.
- Maximo experience preferred.
