Provide comprehensive nursing care to inpatients throughout their hospital stay. Assess patients health conditions and monitor vital signs regularly. Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patients responses to treatment and report any changes promptly. Assist doctors during rounds, examinations, and medical procedures. Prepare patients for diagnostic tests, procedures, and surgeries. Maintain accurate nursing records, patient charts, and medication documentation. Perform wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, and other routine nursing procedures. Ensure proper infection-control and patient-safety practices. Provide pre- and post-operative nursing care as required. Educate patients and their attendants regarding medications, treatment, and discharge instructions. Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care. Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment. Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge procedures.
