As a service delivery coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our core values, non-negotiables, and our cultural pillars.
• Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon.
• Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in job cycle management across organizational boundaries.
• Reviewing the job planning, equipment preparation, and people readiness.
• Working with I&S project managers and/or other PL’s SDC on cross-PL critical tasks within a job.
• Prompting escalation of issues that can impact service delivery.
• Ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash.
• Coordinating with field crews to manage any requirements/mobilizations during the job at the customer well site/location.
• Developing team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans.
• Assisting other service delivery coordinators with peer reviews.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, laws, regulations, and ISO and API requirements.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant, related subject.
• Have more than 10 years of experience in oil field services.
• Have previous technical experience in coil tubing field.
• Demonstrate prior business ownership (HSE, financial, service delivery).
• Demonstrate experience of leadership, mentoring, and developing teams in a global matrix environment.
• Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems.
• Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams.
• Have experience in the Middle East.
