Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring an experienced Pre-Seller Modern Trade (FMCG) for a leading FMCG company in Oman. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Modern Trade sales, handling key retail accounts, generating sales orders, and driving business growth across supermarkets and hypermarkets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned Modern Trade outlets and generate sales orders
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with supermarkets and hypermarkets
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards at outlets
• Introduce new products and execute promotional activities
• Coordinate with merchandising and distribution teams for timely deliveries
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Prepare daily sales reports and customer visit reports
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain customer satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate ( Mandatory )
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Sales Executive or Key Account Executive in FMCG Modern Trade
• Strong experience handling supermarkets, hypermarkets, and key retail accounts
• Oman market experience is an added advantage
• Valid Oman Driving Licence or Original Valid GCC Driving Licence (Mandatory)
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
