The Creative Director leads the vision of the agency. You will guide the team in developing fresh ideas, shaping campaign concepts, and ensuring every piece of work meets a high creative standard. You will be the main creative voice for clients, helping them tell stories that connect with audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
➢ Lead and inspire the creative team across all projects and campaigns
➢ Work closely with clients to understand their brand goals and vision
➢ Develop creative concepts and oversee their execution from start to finish
➢ Review and approve designs, visuals, and copy before client delivery
➢ Present creative work and explain the thinking behind it in a clear, confident way
➢ Ensure brand consistency and originality in all agency output
➢ Stay informed on new creative trends, technologies, and regional culture
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Experience leading creative or branding teams
Strong understanding of storytelling, design, and marketing strategy
Confident in client presentations and managing feedback
Knowledge of GCC culture and market trends
