Role Description
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives in UAE with a strong background in Business processes including Quality and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) to join our expanding sales team. The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our SaaS Software solutions across various industries. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with prospective clients, build relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that address their specific QHSE needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories or industry verticals.
- Client Engagement: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers to understand their unique Business challenges and requirements.
- Solution Selling: Leverage your expertise in Business Processes to articulate the value proposition of our software solutions effectively. Tailor presentations and demonstrations to showcase how our platform can address clients' pain points in their operations and help them elevating the bar of excellence in Quality, Health, Safety and Environment.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up on opportunities.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to align strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes impacting the QHSE space. Use market insights to refine sales strategies and differentiate our offerings in the marketplace.
- Achievement of Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, HSE, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the software or technology sector. Experience selling SaaS software solutions is highly desirable.
- In-depth understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations, and industry standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop strategic sales plans.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
