Job Duties:
Respond to new leads in a timely manner and maintain consistent follow-up to convert them into closer ones.
Maintain regular contact with Developers, Landlords, Investors, and Owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones.
Manage all leads in lead follow-ups, update lead follow-up templates regularly, and track all client communications updates.
Generate new clients, ability to generate own leads through own contacts through own strong network base.
Arrange viewings with clients for the related properties.
Present properties and provide amenities in a positive light to prospective clients.
Main Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or Real Estate is required.
4-5 years’ experience in the Oman Real Estate Market is a must.
Excellent level in English & Arabic (Knowing another language is an advantage).
Knowledgeable in MS Office and CRM.
Well-organized and detail-oriented.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Analytical & Problem-solving skills.
