Product Specialist

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Sell and promote high quality surgical solutions to (country-designated) public and private hospitals.
  • Meet existing and potential customers and HCPs (doctors, nurses, etc.) to identify and discuss their clinical needs, patient care goals and constraints, and demonstrates how our product portfolio achieves their goals.
  • Participate in clinical procedures in the laboratory or operating room of your hospital account.
  • Build productive and professional relationships with key personnel in your assigned healthcare facility and provide solutions to their needs.
  • Organize training and educational activities for HCP’s.
  • Execute and follow up to increase market presence and market shares.
  • Coordinate evaluations of new products with healthcare professionals.
  • Negotiate prices, terms of sales, and service agreements with clients to ensure high profit margins.
  • Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by fostering creative and feasible solutions.
  • Spend at least 90% of the working time in the market.
