Role: Tax Advisor (CPA) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Contract Payout: $80 - $110/hour
Role Overview:We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Tax Advisor (CPA) to provide strategic tax planning and compliance services for clients across multiple jurisdictions. The role requires deep expertise in U. S. and international tax regulations to support high-volume client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns with accuracy and adherence to deadlines.• Advise clients on tax implications of business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations.• Research complex tax issues and provide clear, actionable recommendations to clients and internal teams.• Ensure compliance with evolving tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate tax strategies into broader financial planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:• Active CPA license with a minimum of 5 years of tax advisory experience.• Proficiency in tax preparation software and ERP systems for financial data management.• Strong analytical skills to interpret tax codes and assess financial impacts.• Excellent written and verbal communication to explain technical tax concepts.• Experience with international tax compliance and reporting for multinational clients.
