قيادة وإدارة جميع مراحل مشاريع البناء (التخطيط والتنفيذ والتسليم).
التنسيق مع العملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين من الباطن والفرق الداخلية.
تطوير جداول المشروع والميزانيات وخطط الموارد.
متابعة تقدم الموقع وضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية والمواصفات.
ضمان الامتثال للوائح المحلية ومعايير السلامة ومتطلبات الجودة.
إدارة عمليات الشراء وأداء المقاولين من الباطن.
تحديد مخاطر المشروع وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التخفيف.
إعداد وتقديم تقارير المشروع للإدارة العليا وأصحاب المصلحة.
الإشراف على إدارة العقود والتغييرات والمطالبات.
ضمان التحكم الفعال في التكاليف والمتابعة المالية للمشاريع.
الملف الشخصي المرغوب
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذات صلة.
الحد الأدنى 8–15 عاماً من الخبرة في البناء والتعاقد.
خبرة مثبتة في إدارة مشروعات سكنية، تجارية، أو مختلطة الاستخدام.
معرفة قوية بمنهجيات البناء والمواد والأنظمة في عمان/دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
خبرة في التعامل مع المقاولين من الباطن والفرق متعددة التخصصات.
الإلمام بنماذج العقود (مثل FIDIC) مفضل.
شهادة PMP تعتبر ميزة.
Lead and manage all phases of construction projects (planning, execution, handover).
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to timelines and specifications.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Manage procurement processes and subcontractor performance.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Oversee contract administration, variations, and claims.
Ensure effective cost control and financial tracking of projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 8–15 years of experience in building construction and contracting.
Proven experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations in Oman/GCC.
Experience in handling subcontractors and multi-disciplinary teams.
Familiarity with contract forms (e.g., FIDIC) is preferred.
PMP certification is a plus.
