Maintenance Engineering is the discipline and profession of applying engineering concepts for the optimization of equipment, procedures, and departmental budgets to achieve better maintainability, reliability, and availability of equipment: -
- Monitors all equipment’s on production line, makes necessary adjustments and/or repairs to maintain smooth running of production line.
- Regular plant inspection with the Mechanic and follow up with the plant equipment during the operations and off site.
- Monitor and control maintenance costs.
- Coordinate with the operations and plant manager to fix any of plant pumps or mixers.
- Distribute jobs to the technicians in their fields and ensure that the repairing of existing faults.
- Performs any other duties assigned by direct superior.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a related field of study.Minimum Experience:2 – 4 with experience of mechanical maintenanceGood communication skillsAnalytical dexterity, mathematical and technological acumen and problem-solving aptitudestrong critical thinking skillsGood Organizational skills.Good analytical and problem-solving skills
