We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Digital Officer to join our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Sohar, Oman. As a Chief Digital Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the digital transformation initiatives of the company, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful implementation of digital technologies across various departments.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the company's digital strategy, in line with the overall business objectives.
2. Lead the digital transformation initiatives, ensuring the successful adoption of digital technologies across all departments.
3. Identify and evaluate emerging digital trends and technologies, and recommend strategic initiatives to enhance the company's digital capabilities.
4. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and prioritize digital projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
5. Manage a team of digital experts, providing guidance and support in the implementation of digital initiatives.
6. Oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, leveraging data analytics and insights to drive customer engagement and lead generation.
7. Ensure the security and integrity of the company's digital assets, implementing robust cybersecurity measures.
8. Monitor and optimize the performance of digital platforms and applications, ensuring seamless user experience.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital technologies, and drive continuous improvement within the organization.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives within a manufacturing company.
