• The Director - Commercial will spearhead strategic business initiatives and drive revenue growth through effective commercial management strategies. The role will be responsible for overseeing and supporting various aspects of commercial operations, including strategic planning, project development, tender management, contract negotiation, and business innovation.
• Director - Commercial will be a key member of the Commercial department and will work closely with CCO and other Commercial colleagues in preparing a clear pricing strategy for all upcoming new tenders as well as cyclical tenders

• 1. Strong understanding of commercial and contractual principles, with experience in tender management, contract negotiation, and project delivery.
• 2. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
• 3. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic business plans, drive revenue growth, and achieve business objectives.
• 4. Knowledge of local market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in the GCC region.
