ob Duties and Responsibilities  

• Serves food and beverage to guests according to prescribed service standards and procedures
• Taking and timely serving of orders, cross-checking with both guests and  kitchen team to ensure accuracy of order 
• Handles guest’s bill and invoice in a good service manner
• Familiarizes with all food and beverage items in the menu, items on promotions and daily special menu. Make suggestions based on guest preferences 
• Maintains the cleanliness and service supply at the section and side stations to ensure prompt and effective operation
• Follows waiter’s opening and closing checklist 
• Reports comments, suggestions, and guests complaints to the team leader.
• Report to work on time. Keep your personal appearance immaculate, e.g. well-groomed hair, clean uniform etc
• Adhere to restaurants rules and regulations and sequence of service 
• Any other duties assigned by the restaurant manager

Job Requirements

• Customer-service oriented personality.
• Team player with a good learning attitude and keen interest to develop professionally in F&B industry.
• Preferably at least 1 year experience in F&B industry.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
• Proficient in English language.
