Administration Officer

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of our office, and providing support to our staff. The ideal candidate for this role is proactive, efficient, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  2. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
  3. Assist in the preparation and distribution of company documents, such as memos, reports, and presentations.
  4. Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and maintaining inventory.
  5. Monitor and maintain office budgets and expenses.
  6. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
  7. Coordinate and oversee the maintenance and repair of office facilities.
  8. Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  9. Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
  10. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience as an Administration Officer or similar administrative role.
  2. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  7. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  9. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
